On the 20th of May, ID KAIST PES Lab has won the Gold Prize in the Wireless Technology Idea Contest held by Samsung Electro Mechanics and EE KAIST. Jinyung Jung, Kwangmyung Oh, Bomi Kim, and Ryoung Kim, who are students of PES Lab, designed "Navel Cord"; a wireless messenger that helps psychological communication between mother and a baby. Its haptic interface satisfies the baby-monitoring-needs by using vibration patterns intuitively.
