Two professors at ID KAIST are invited as the organizing members of DIS 2018. DIS is one of the top international conferences in the field of HCI and Interaction Design. It is an ACM sponsored conference and the average acceptance rate for the conference submissions is about 25%. Prof. Youn-kyung Lim and Prof. Daniel Saakes are invited as a Conference co-chair and Provocations and Work-in-progress co-chair, respectively. Prof. Ilpo Koskinen (The Hong Kong Polytech University) is the primary Conference chair, and Prof. Lim collaborates with him to organize this conference. As a Provocations and Work-in-progress co-chair, Prof. Saakes works together with Dr. Karthikeya Acharya (Aarhus University).
