Hwan Kim, Hyeon Beom Yi, Hyein Lee, and Prof. Woohun Lee won Honorable Mention Award at ACM CHI 2018 from April 21 to 26, in Montréal, Canada. In their paper, “HapCube: A Wearable Tactile Device to Provide Tangential and Normal Pseudo-Force Feedback on a Fingertip”, they presented a novel tactile device named ‘HapCube’ which provides 2 dimensional tangential pseudo-force feedback and 1 dimensional normal compliance feedback on a user’s fingertip.

It was ranked among the top 5% of all submissions to the conference. 101 were chosen for Honorable Mention out of over 2500 submissions.
