Prof. Eun Yu at Seoil University visited ID KAIST and gave us a lunch talk on August 7th.  She talked about “Understanding Service Design Practices and Contributions to New Service Development.” Prof. Yu briefly introduced overview of service design theories and practices today. She has studied Service Design at Lancaster University, UK and finished her PhD in 2016. She is currently assistant professor at Digital Design, Seoil University.
