BMW design team, which consists of 11 designers from Munich, LA and Shanghai, visited ID KAIST and held a workshop with Design Media Lab on 22th of March, 2013. During the workshop, Design Media Lab showed working prototypes and demo videos of “MoleBot”, “TransWall”, “Sound Bound”, “Touchable Spotlight” and other studies. Then, both teams had discussion on social and cultural context of a car in Korean market and how interaction design can be applied on automotive context.
