Last 11th May, the chair professor in School of Design of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University visited idKaist. He delivered a presentation on the title of "To Design is to be Human". He is the author of the fundamental industrial design text, Industrial Design(1980) and the seminar was about the relationship between design and innovation, the problems of successfully changing the nature of markets, and the problems of design in global markets including designers' role.
