Prof. Youn-kyung Lim was invited by Carnegie Mellon University, the Human-Computer Interaction Institute (HCII) for their HCI seminar series(http://www.hcii.cmu.edu/news/seminar/2010/04/discovery-driven-prototyping-human-centered-innovation-ubiquitous-computing), and gave a talk on April 7th. In this talk, she introduced ID KAIST and her lab, with her recent research project titled as “Discovery-driven Prototyping for Human-centered Innovation in Ubiquitous Computing.” She also gave a guest lecture for Prof. John Zimmerman’s Design Seminar class for the 1st year master’s students in HCII and the School of Design. She also met many professors at HCII regarding possible research collaborations as well as Ph.D. students to discuss about their research and career challenges.
