Prof. Youn-kyung Lim recently joined our department on February 1st, 2008. She worked for the School of Informatics at Indiana University, Bloomington in USA for the HCI Design program as an assistant professor before joining us. She received her BS degree from KAIST Industrial Design department, and then studied abroad at Illinois Institute of Technology at Chicago for her MDes and Ph.D. degrees. Her primary research interests reside in Human-computer Interaction Design, particularly specialized in experience-centered design and creative design in the digital arena. She teaches this semester at KAIST two courses, namely Design Methodology for juniors and Design Issues for the first-year master students.
