This year, ACM CHI Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems was held in Glasgow, United Kingdom from May 4 to 9. About 3,800 participants around the world attended the event and presented more than 700 papers. HCI@KAIST, where the Department of Industrial Design has provided active roles, presented a total of 14 papers, presented six posters and held three workshops.

Moreover, HCI@KAIST hosted KAIST Hospitality Night on May 7 for broadening the network of international HCI researchers, strengthening global research cooperation, inviting outstanding scholars in the HCI field and expanding student internship opportunity. At this evening event, over 340 researchers from 60 universities including MIT, CMU and Stanford University as well as major corporates such as Google, Facebook and Adobe spent time together to build networks.
