공과대학 소속 학부생들의 글로벌 마인드 함양과 연구 동기 강화를 위해 각종 국제 행사의 참가비용을 아래와 같이 지원하고자 합니다.

    가. 지원사업 목적

 

        1) 학생들의 국제 행사 참가를 통한 학교의 국제적 위상 제고와 학술적 교류

           및 국제 협력 네트워크 구축

        2) 각종 대회 및 컨퍼런스 준비를 통한 관련 기술의 체득 및 기술적 대외

           교류 토대 마련

 

 

    나. 지원 내용

지원대상	공과대학 각 학부(과)의 학부생(휴학생 포함) 중 해외에서  개최되는 각종 국제 행사에 참가하는 개인 내지 팀
지원자격	각종 국제 행사(경진대회, 컨퍼런스, 박람회, 전시회 등) 참가비
지원기간	2018.1.1 ~ 2018.12.31 / 기한 내에서 수시 지원    ※ 시행일 이전 상기 목적으로 기집행한 참가비는 소급(계정대체 가능)       하여 지원함.
지원금액	학부(과) 별 1년간 총 400만원 이내에 한하며, 횟수에 제한 없음.
지원예산	공과대학 교육연구혁신지원비/공과대학장

 

    다. 신청방법 및 지원절차 : 지원신청서(양식: 붙임자료 참조) 작성 제출

           

    라. 기타사항

           

      - 행사 참가 후 한 달 이내 정산 및 결과보고서(양식:붙임자료 참조) 제출

1. Reference: Operation of budget support program for undergraduate students of the College of

                      Engineering participating in international events (plan)

                      (Academic and Student Affairs Team of the College of Engineering-430, 2018.2.8)

       

2. In order to help undergraduate students develop a global mindset and improve student motivation, the College of Engineering seeks to provide partial funding for students who participate in international events as follows.

 

=  Details=

 

    a. Objectives 

        1) To enhance international reputation of the university and establish an international network

             of academic exchanges and cooperation through the participation of students in international

             events

        2) To help students acquire relevant technology and lay a foundation for technical exchanges

             through preparation for various competitions and conferences 

 

    b. Support details  

•  Eligibility : Individuals or teams participating in various international events held abroad, among undergraduate students of the schools(departments) under the College of Engineering (including students on leave of absence)
• Item funded : Fee for various international events (competition, conferences, fairs, exhibitions, etc.)
• Support period : Jan. 1, 2018 ~ Dec. 31, 2018 / Allowed to apply any time within the prescribed time limit
•    ※ Fee paid for the above purpose before the effective date will be retroactively provided. (Account substitution is available)
• Amount of funding : Up to a maximum of 4 million won per school(department) per year / There is no limit on the number of times.

 

    c. How to apply and application procedures  : Please fill in and submit the prescribed application

        form (attached).

           

    d. Miscellaneous

        - Please submit the settlement and result reports within one month of event participation.
