On August 29th, student teams lead by ID KAIST won First Prize and Second Prize from 2008 Spring semester URP Program outcome presentations. The First Prize project was 'Developing a new luggage delivery process, SHIP-it' by ByungHoon Chung, SeungGon Lee and YoungSuk Chung (Dept. of Industrial Design advised by Prof. Tak-jin Nam). The Second Prize project was 'Development of Eco Design Reference Media for Industrial Designers' by JiMin Park (Dept. of Industrial Design advised by Prof. Myoung-Suk Kim). URP(Undergraduate Research Program) is a program that supports undergraduate student research in a practical way through research funding and credit point attainment for undergraduate students of KAIST with the guidance of relevant lecturers and assistants. http://urp.kaist.ac.kr
